Snow Day! A Firsties tribute to a wonderful winter.

The beautiful peeps danced their loving hearts out at the district dance festival this week. The Firsties worked together, to make this dance appear as gentle and soft as a first snowfall. Each time we performed it earlier this year, it snowed! Peep Power! Breath-taking and lovely!
The choreography was collaborative. The Firsties shared their movement ideas. We danced the ideas. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. We changed it, and tried again. The creative process was the biggest learning in this piece.
The Firsties are skating, skiing, catching snowflakes, making snow angels, throwing and ducking from snowballs, building snowmen, and tobogganing.
