It’s back to school for the Bigs and the Littles!
Our most important work is best done on the floor, it seems!
Fall classes started up in the studio on a beautiful sunny Saturday morning in White Rock, where a variety of techniques are being explored. We are studying lace knitting, and in the first class learned the provisional cast on and garter stitch tab method of beginning a triangular lace shawl. One student brought along her fair isle cardigan from our summer program, and with the support of all her classmates, cut open her steek, transforming her pullover into a cardigan!
